When we associate with negative people, we tend to get affected by that negativity. When you consider all the conversations that you’ve had your entire life, the person you will have more conversations with more than anyone on the planet, is yourself. Thoughts barrel in and out all day and every day. Today I want you to pay very close attention to your thoughts – those inner conversations that you have. When they become negative, shift them to the positive. You might be surprised how often you have to do that all day and you might be surprised how much it impacts your nutrition, fitness and everything in your life.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I know, I have no right to complain. The weather has been beautiful and warm, flowers are blooming and the birds are singing!  I love this time of year. Everything is coming alive, colors appear brighter and crisper, air seems to be fresher. Life is good!<br />
Tonight is Shape Up Hanover&#8217;s weekly meeting and weigh in. We have had so many missing the last few weeks. I know that you all have your life to live but let me remind you&#8230;&#8230;..bluntly&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;..if you do not make your health a priority you will not have much life to live! Come on&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.we are talking about 2 hrs a week! Ok, I&#8217;ll even give you travel time and make it 4 hours a week!  I am positive that if a dr told you that you were dying and you needed to sit in a cardboard box for 4 hours a week to stay alive&#8230;&#8230;.you would find the time! Well, guess what&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;you are dying. We all are. From the day we are born we are dying. It happens to us all. However, we need to do our part to make our life as long and as healthy as we can!<br />
Do YOUR part! Make YOUR life a priority! </p>

Want real change, then cereal and sandwiches are simply off the menu. Replace with eggs and fruit and salads with meat. Hunger will subside, cravings will reduce, energy will be stable and you will end up eating less calories without even trying. Want to stop relying on willpower, then you need to stop playing the weight loss game!</p>

Finding a gym program for a child with special<br />
 needs can add another layer of challenge to<br />
 everyday life for parents.</p>
<p>Why Participate in CFH’s Special Warrior Program?<br />
	Kids learn by having fun! At CFH we like to say “it is so much fun they don’t even know it is hard work”. Our unique approach combines social interaction, sensory integration, strengthening, coordination, sequencing, and following directions. As each athlete achieves new goals and skills we hope to see an increase in self-esteem and confidence that carries over into their daily activities.<br />
	CFHSW offers a stimulating program that is developmentally appropriate for each special needs athlete, geared to the individual needs of each athlete.  A program will be developed by Sheron Smith, a CF Level 1 Trainer, in a loving, nurturing environment with the children given many opportunities for creative expression, socialization and oral communication.<br />
	We want to see each athlete reach their fullest potential and grow cognitively, physically and socially. We hope to foster each athlete’s self-image and self-confidence and help him/her build a strong foundation for all learning.</p>
<p>                     CrossFit Hanover Special Warriors Program is recommended<br />
                         for children with but not limited to:<br />
Autistic Spectrum Disorder                            Downs Syndrome<br />
ADHD/ADD                                                    Coordination Disorder<br />
Language Delays                                            Ocular Motor Deficits<br />
Sensory Integration Issues<br />
Developmental Disabilities/Mental Retardation<br />
And other diagnosis</p>

The meeting took much longer than usual and that was because 1. I had alot ot say and  2. We had an awesome evening of group participation.<br />
The longest discussion was how to manage family and friends when they become jealous of your weight loss and try their best to derail you.  I loved that everyone offered some input. That is gret!<br />
Keep up the good work ladies. It will all pay off!<br />
Try to stay active in this cold weather!<br />

Now the details:<br />
The contest will run from today till April 1, 2o12! No, not an April Fool&#8217;s joke.<br />
     1. I will award a free month of Shape Up Hanover to the person that brings the most NEW members to our group between now and April 1.<br />
     2. I will award a free month of Shape Up Hanover to the person that brings the most guests (different person each time to count) between now and April 1.</p>
<p>Now is the time to encourage your friends to join you for some fun WODing!<br />
In case of a tie the winner will be decided by a drawing.<br />
Now, get busy and start texting and FBing all of your friends!</p>
